Included with each monthly Home Owners Association (HOA) contract, the Association receives a Property Profile Book (PPB).

This book is a helpful resource to assist the HOA Board of Directors, landscape committees and management companies containing essential information about their HOA property and the maintenance program.

This book is a compilation of accurate information that has been supplied by each HOA and clearly defines all compliance requirements that our company is responsible for. If there are any discrepancies, Nissho of California, Inc. takes corrective action from the Board of Directors to make any necessary changes.

The Property Profile Book will provide:

• Monthly contract and future addendums
• Maps of the property included in your maintenance contract
• Controller charts and legends for each Point of Connection throughout the property (Provided by the HOA)
• Monthly water management charts
• Technical specifications for the irrigation components
• Complete photos of all plant material on the property and a list of approved plant material
• Annual calendar for maintenance schedule and rotation
• Future enhancements and committee notes
